I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Liselihle Credit Solution. I paid this company after they claimed they would assist me with my credit-related matter. Unfortunately, after making payment, I have not received the assistance and service that was promised. What is even more frustrating is that I am now struggling to get hold of them. My calls are not being answered and my messages are not receiving a response. I have tried contacting them to get an update and to resolve the situation, but I am being ignored. If you are taking someone's money for a service, the least you can do is communicate with your client and provide the service that was promised. This experience has left me feeling completely disappointed and frustrated. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this company do thorough research before making any payment and make sure they fully understand what service they are paying for and what recourse they have if the promised service is not provided. I am posting this review because I believe potential customers should be aware of my experience and because I would still like the company to respond and resolve this matter.
