No refund from Lisel Building Supplies in Benoni

I paid for cornices in store on 17/08/2018. They said the items will be in store on the 21/08. I went to collect they said haven't received stock from factory. A week later I opted to cancel order. I have been requesting for a refund since then nothing has been deposited into my account.
