NO DELIVERY

Lisedikamva Catering did not come on time to deliver food. For a 10am event they came at 18h00. They whole day they ignored our calls and picked up at 16h00 to say that they're leaving their business premises to deliver food to our event. After this call, they ignored calls, smses, whatsapps again.

Meal courses were included as part of the programme from Starters starting at 11h30 to desserts and none was served. The event was messed up. We had to make plan B cause guests coming from far would go back hungry.

We insisted that they take back their food and pay us back the money otherwise they will not get back their hired inventory.

The business owner apologized the following day and paid back only food money, leaving out other hired that was hired to be used for the food they didn't deliver like cutlery, napkins, Underplates etc

I would NOT recommend Lisedikamva Catering and Hiring. They have a smooth tongue and they sound like sweet people but it's a different story when they have to deliver.
