Bad service from Liscence Department Vanderbijlpark

I was at the liscence department in Vanderbijlpark yesterday for a change of ownership. First point of contact was the security guy, I asked him which cue to join and he directed me as to which one to join, I joined it, it wasn't long, as I was standing there he directed on of the "employers" there to assist me, the man gave me forms, helped me in filling them out and took them to the front desk and asked me to just wait to be called. I realised he didn't give me a number and when I asked him he told me that my papers are almost ready and showed me which of the people at the front were handling my paper work. He then told me the amount required was R900! Reluctantly I refused to give this guy the money and he insisted the process is already done and that I just needed to pay, he asked me to verify with the security guy and the security guy confirmed that he was indeed 1 of the employers. The guy returned with my change of ownership papers, and the amounts printed on there only amounted to around R300, he refused to give me change, saying that all the money will be accounted for, and that the man at the front desk(Thabiso) would come and explain, there were no receipts given to me. At this point I realized I was ****med, I asked for help from the other employees behind the windows and I was told they had nothing to do with it, they can't account for money they personally didn't take, and that I should be more vigilant. I then asked to speak to the manager, I was told they all attending a memorial service, I asked for the guy's(the one who took my money) particular, they said they didn't know him, yet the same guy was assisting the front desk people with other clients and filling out forms for them, as a "volunteer". I was disappointed at how my matter was not taken seriously, at how this man was still allowed to the premises and assisted By the security gaurd and still ******** people. Pure incompetence from the staff, the same man could be ******** someone else the same way he did me yet the liscence department at Vanderbijlpark provides them a platform to do this, with no repercussions! Also not to mention, there is no way of telling who the employees are, no uniforms no name tags, yet you are expected to know.
