Worst service of my life

<p>I bought a BMW on 27 July.</p> <p> </p> <p>Before I even app**** for finance, I made it clear that I needed the car the following day as I had the trip to make and needed to be on my way at around 9.</p> <p> </p> <p>i was promised that I might even get the car the same afternoon. However, the car failed road worthy test due to tires and lights.</p> <p> </p> <p>i was then told that on the following day around 9 or 10 the car will be ready. I got here around pass 9 only to be told that it might be ready between 11 and 12. I've been waiting since then. Now it's 13:00 and the manager is even chasing me away claiming that he'll bring the car once it's ready.</p> <p> </p> <p>theres completely no respect for my time as a customer and seems like there's no customer service.</p> <p> </p> <p>the consultant that was supposed to help me is Siya and he's been totally unhelpful together with the manager.</p>
