Won't be paid my money back LISABANK

A month ago I was car shopping and saw a car I was interested in at LISABANK EDENVALE. A salesman named ZIPHO help me out. Told him I was interested in the car but wanted my wife to come see it first as I was getting the car for her. Zipho told me to reserve the car for R2000 witch is refundable in two days should I decide not to take the car. My wife did not like the car and they won't return the money I used to reserve the car. It's been a month now and when I call the salesman ZIPHO he tells me they use an overseas account and it takes time before money can reflect in your account. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE TWO DAYS. PLEASE WATCHOUT FOR LISABANK NEVER LEAVE YOUR MONEY TO RESERVE A CAR.
