Unreliable- car dealer

<p>I bought a car BMW 116i on the 15th of May 2017, at Fourways branch. I have experienced the worst customer service from Justin Branch -Manager. Been requesting for car papers he told me they are still waiting for the supplier to send them yet they have already given me the car. He was rude and even told me im not the only customer he's handling he will send the papers when they are ready. Till this day i still havent recieved the documents nor phone call from him on the latest feedback. The had no number plate and told me, no water, no petrol, no service record and no Manual book. everything i ask he's going back and forth saying since i had discount on the car i must do everything for myself. What a pathetic experience with Lisabank, not sure if car it'self is broken. I would not advise anyone to consider buying a car there.</p>
