Unfriendly and Unprofessional

I have been trying to buy a car with Lisabank Edenvale since for the last 3 days. Please can someone higher than a dealership manager contact me and explain to me what the problem is. James (the dealership manager) has been unfriendly, unprofessional and completely lost throughout this whole process. He is unable to answer simple questions regarding the car (like what is happening with the finance- his answer is \I dont deal with finance!\"), and is constantly rushing me as if I am doing something wrong (I paid my R2000 holding deposit yet I am still told things like \"Are you even interested in the car??\" and \"Listen here...I have a lady here that wants the car today!\".<br> I refuse to deal with this person. <br> Please someone with customer relations and an education contact me!!!"
