Monday 4Jan2016 I bought a Ford Mondeo cash through a sales consultant Precious who was very helpful yet misleading before the sale. Lawrence the manager offered me a warranty of R 1000 wich I didn't have so I told him I will get the warranty from Ford because it is much cheaper. When I took the vehicle the next morning first thing to Ford they found that the engine is mixing water and oil to many other major problems. I then immediately called Precious the sales lady who has not been helpful at all. At that point I have owned the car for under 20 hours where I then wanted to use my right as a consumer to get a refund for not being told the engine is in such a condition. Lawrence blatantly advised that the CPA won't do me any good the directors only arrive in 7 days wich is my cooling off period turns out that he is the owner of the dealership in partnership with lisabank. I warn everyone that the condition of the vehicles I saw on that yard are mostly major problematic repaired vehicles that may have been in accidents. I payed R70000 cash for a car that was broken without me being told I am disgusted that I was hung up on by Precious when requesting the documents I had signed.
