Sold Me a Broken Car

In June 2018 I bought a 2013 BMW X1 from Lisa bank dealership in Wynberg. When I went to view the car it looked ok like most cars and I was told that if I buy it cash then it’s a “voetstoots” but if via bank financing then all issues (if any) will be fixed. They will do road worthy and ensure that the car is in a good condition… and so obvious I went with the bank finance option. Once paper was concluded, I went to fetch it. Guess what... nothing was done on the car!!! from the first week I noticed a number of issues around the car and then I sent it back for them to fix the issues. When it came back it had more and almost every day there was something new (issue) that I noticed. I went back to Lisa bank telling about these endless issues and that I don’t want it anymore since they were never honest about the condition of the car and I asked to swap for another vehicle. I forwarded a mail to them with my request and since then I have been given the run around. Every time when I ask for feedback it’s always the same story that they are still in discussion and they are awaiting feedback from managers. Now I don’t want nothing from them anymore, I want them to take their broken car and bring back my money!!! I can’t drive around with a car that’s popping warning messages every now and then such that some of them look like they have been suppressed to pop up from the instrument cluster.
