<p>On purchasing a vehicle, they confirmed a fully service history, accident free, 1 owner. Told me to rather get the vehicle roadworthy, registered and licenced my self as they charge a fortune and it would be worth my while to do it myself. The vehicle has been taken back to the testing station 6 times and more than R20 000 later was passed. Firstly, Lisabank refused to refund me the money for the vehicle prior to the repairs, then they refused to refund for the repairs. I was ****med by the two salesmen that helped me and all because I am a women and know nothing about cars! The owner Val and the General Manager have no interest in this matter. Absolutely disgusted with the overall experience. I have not handed it over to the Ombudsman.</p>
