Refund from dealer

<p>I bought a car from the above mentioned dealer a Polo vivo 1.4 plate number BY93HFGP on the 11/11/2016 the very bad, i took the vehicle for repairs 14/11/16 to be fixed and I paid R2197.04 to fix minor things. I was advised to give the car bad as the status of the is bad and will cost me. When i bought the vehicle Joshau did not diclose the status of the car. I paid R74900 cash, on the 16/11/16 i took the back to the dealer and j was offend R60000 back and if i take another i has to be offend a R65000 i confused with the huge shortage. I didn't agree to the offer and i wasn't friendly at all the offer was by the manage Angelique and Nuno. I was advised by the very same people to log a complain to their legal team which i did and i've never heard a word from them nor a response. I took the matter to ombsdman which they still with my case due backlock. Can you assist me getting my refund of the smount of R74000 and i feel that they have sold the car but never consired refunding my money.
