Refund

good Day Hello Peter ,i write this letter with disappointment after a good service received from sales person Melissa ,i bought a car and was told to pay R2000.00 deposit upfront of which will be refund after the car has been collected ,i collected the car on the 14 Dec 2015 and Alan as a Sales manager have been promising to pay my refund back since last week till today i haven't received any feedback from him doesn't respond to my mails its as if im talking to a ghost ,he commits and doesn't stick to his promises and worse doesnt respond to his mail ,i need my money paid back ASAP ,i know and understand that its Christmas but this doesnt mean im SANTA who gives away money ,can they please pay me back the money as promised
