R5000 Refund

Dear Phumzile,
I saw your complaint on Hello Peter, I'm concerned as to why you didn't try contact senior management to resolve the issue prior to listing our name so negatively. However non the less allow me to respond to the negative comment. I won't post a response on Hello Peter as we would rather follow the correct channels and discuss this as level headed individuals.
I would like to bring your attention to the attached document. Page 2 is a signed Offer to Purchase that you signed for the vehicle.
I see you state you never signed a contract and you want your full deposit back. The offer to purchase is a binding document whereby you have indicated to Lisabank that your intention is to purchase the Polo and by committing to the deal by placing your deposit into the account, we at Lisabank have taken the necessary steps to conclude your vehicle and prepare it for you to take delivery, this involves us incurring costs to roadworthy the vehicle etc.
When the vehicle is ready for your collection and then you advise that you are no longer interested, it doesn't change the fact that we have prepared the vehicle according to your signed instruction and commitment of fees. Now if it
