Purchased damaged goods and terrible customer service.

I had purchased a vehicle from Lisabank Wynberg, I was advised the only problem on the vehicle is a minor oil leak which they supposedly fixed and delayed collection of my car.

I bought the car in October and have not even had physical possession of the vehicle for over a month due to issues and repairs on the car.

Further to that, dealing with Lisabank about these issues has been painful as they either do not want to assist me. I cannot get a hold of the required people at all... Or they just do not respond at all where they need to or promise to.

I have spent copious amounts of money following up with Lisabank as their communication sucks. There is no better way to word that.

The car will now have to be repaired for a 4th time bearing in mind I have barely had the car since the purchase.

With the previous repairs done Lisabank also did not deem themselves liable and wanted me to pay for certain portions of repairing the vehicle.

So far the issues consist of: Oil leaks, Carbon buildup, Overheating and now the car will not shift into any gears once running. There is no brake/clutch fluid in the car. Bear in mind this latest issue occured a day after being repaired for overheating.

I am completely unsatisfied with the goods purchased from Lisabank and the customer service and communication they provide. Due to that, I almost feel that their negligence in terms of communication and assisting me is a pure scenario of THEFT.

I have once again given them an opportunity to remedy all these problems before I receive correspondence on legal action I am taking against Lisabank.

I hope that this time around they do step up to the plate.
