Not refunded

As a customer i called lisabank and was assited by Willy.I then asked if the car i was looking for was still available and they confirmed that it was.When i got to the dealer i found the car and had a test drive.Then i was told to reserve the car and i did so paid in an amount of R2000 .As i was there i was told by the guy by the name of Siya that if my application with the bank does/doesnt get aprroved il receive my full money back.I then contacted by calling and sending them emails and they said they will get back to me till today its been more than a week.Very bad service
