Not Living Up to Promisses

A really bad experience with Lisa Bank where the amount financed was loaded with Options that were not discussed with me beforehand The Spare would not inflate and had to be replaced wich they did with a badly perished tyre We had a flat day after and the tyre shop showed me the tyres on the back were in a very bad state and would never have passed roadworthy I reported a noise coming from the engine/gearbox and asked where to take the car to have it checked and this is being ignored They were supposed to delived the licence and nuberplates on Friday the 17th as the car is licenced in another province and the disc has expired it is now the 22nd and my requests are not being responded to
