No contract signed and i want my entire refund bac

Good day ,<br> <br> I have a huge problem with day light ******* ,i app**** for vehicle finance with Lisa Bank which was approved and they asked me to deposit R5000 into their account which i did but decided not to go on with the application with 7 days as i am no longer interested and they now don't want to refund me my money back ,my entire R5000 ,I DID NOT SIGN A CONTRACT WITH THEM but they now think they deserve my R5000 <br> <br> i need my money back a.s.a.p or i am taking this up with the ombuds
