LisaCars refusing to refund me on a holding/reservation deposit

hi, I was purchasing a Toyota Etios Sedan at Lisa Cars Kempton Park on finance, then during my application they told me to do something they cold Holding/Reserving Deposit ,which i agreed to do,i paid R2000 as a holding deposit, so the bank approved my application, then they called me at Lisa collect the car, i went to the dealership it was Saturday, while they tried to show me the car, the opened the boot, then the boot jammed while they try to close it back, they took an hour trying or forcing to close it, the manager and his team tried to close it and they failed, so i said they can still keep the car and repair the boot, then after five days the called and to inform me that the car is ready, i went there the following day to make collection, on arrival i saw the car and we went straight to the boot to see if its fixed well, the opened the boot, the very same problem occurred and the Toyota emblem just fell why they were forcing the boot to close,so basically the boot failed again, they had to take it for repairs again, then i decided to call of the deal, because i wanted to use the car for business, the problem gave me enough doubts about the car, how can one problem occur twice, yet they claim that the car went for inspection before it came to the floor, now they are refusing to refund me on the holding/reservation deposit, it looks like i am not the only one with this issue of holding deposit, Andre Burger is the one who is saying i won't be refunded, claiming i costed them on the deal, and he forgets that i also Paid insurance for that car, i tried to escalate the issue to Valentino ,she didn't help ,i also tried to escalate the issue to Mr John GM of Lisacars, He also didn't Assist in this issue, my reason to escalate was to avoid involving other parties in resolving the issue. to who ever is reading this and about to buy a car at LisaCars, just know that they are ****** ,try another dealer, don't fall for the trap and be a victim
