Lisabank Repossession Warehouse - WORST CAR SALES SERVICE EVER

I cannot believe how bad the service is...worst dealership I've ever had work with. Service and attitude of a few individuals that call the shots is just shocking. The lack of willingness to ensure the consumer drives off with a car that is roadworthy and safe for me and my family is amazing. How do they sleep at night knowing they selling cars that look great on paper but all the "dirt is swepped under the rug" i bought a BMW X1 from the Wynberg, Gauteng branch and when i did ,my own Dekra Roadwothy test they gave me a shopping list of items that was wrong with the car and was shocked at how it passed roadworthy in the first place. Headlamps, Globes, oil leaks bent control arm bushes, warn boll joints....the list goes on. i left the car their to be repaired and was left stranded for a week and half with no mercy from them with regards to giving me a loan car whilst they repair what should have been repaired if the car had actually gone for roadworthy and they would have known. Its now a couple of months later after they advised everything was fixed the car goes back in for headlapms that switch completely off whilst my wife and I drove to KZN from GP and the oil leaks that was apparently fixed magically popped up again and i see pockets of oil on the front engine area. Again no eta on when the car will be repaired and NO loan car to ensure their clients are not standard because of their horrid cars they selling to the public.

When i went to drop of the car their was another client similar complaint as mine with a Minni Copper S. he was mumbling to himself that he feels like burning the car because of the stress its being putting him under on a personel and work capacity. i felt the same way. as i am taking unpaid time off to go to a from my place of work.

People of South Africa do yourself a favor DONT BUY CARS FROM HERE. they are ripoffs and have no empathy what so ever. the cars you see on paper is a polished up version iof what you will be driving a few months later. patched up and waiting to breakdown and their response will be sorry not my problem. words i have heard so many times from them and every time i hear it it pushes me one step closer to wanting to rip my ears off in frustration....
