Lisabank Edenvale ***** and shady company

<p>I bought a vehicle cash from lisabank edenvale after concluding the deal by paying cash i realized that im not getting a floor warranty as promised on the day of sale as the deal was if i ask for a discount a take the vehicle voetstoots but if i pay full price they will roadworthy the vehicle and licence and reg it then i asked them to fix the spotlight and do the front tyres and for the rest of the towbare spares (goosneck)and the sparekeys it was agreed that it will be done on the delivery front tyres was done but not the spotlight no towbar spares no spare key but was promised that thwmey will go to wynburg branch to check if they can find it next day engine light came on i phoned them and i was told because i didnt take the extended warranty of R12000 i dont have a floor warranty after two weeks and paying out of my own pocket for a dinostic check the engine light is still on and i still dont have my licence disc still no phone call regarding the spare key no towbar spares when i visited the branch the floor manager told me that they have a problem with the licencing but cant tell me what when i asked him about the rest he told me that the R96000 i have spend with them cash is a voetstoots deal and they didnt agree on a floor warranty witch was not the case when the deal was concluded infront of the vehicle and because i was given a 1km test drive with the vehicle i excepted those terms if i didnt i should have taken the R12000 motor plan because then they could have used my warranty now to fix the problem when i told him that im gonna take this further he got aggresive and arrogant towords me </p>
