Lisabank changes sale price on a car after signing
Typo, It's 40000km not 20000km
I recently (Mar'16) sold my car (AS IS)to this dealer after making it very clear to the evaluator, Vaughn and sales consultant, Privilege, that it had full service history up to 20000km and it was now due for service at 63584(if I remember well, the exact mileage). I got them a print out of this service history as I misplaced the book. Soon after this, they turned around saying we're reducing the price as the car does not have a full service history, their evaluator didn't specify that it's only up to 20000km and now he's no longer working for this company for them to confirm with him(how convenient). The sales consultant has confirmed but they won't take her word for it. According to Marla, the manager, they only confirm with evaluators not a consultant (who happened to be part of this whole process from the beginning to the end).
Be warned when dealing with such dealers that are not honest and who try and scream at you and threaten you, just to try and scare you not to take such issues further. This kind of service is pathetic to say the least. Customers are blamed for poor communication within the company and they have to pay for their incompetence
