Lisa Bank poor service not to trust!

<p>I bought a car from Lisa bank on Thursday 2/03/2017. The salesman asked that I pay R3000 to secure the vehicle and I did it. The afternoon when we went to fetch the vehicle in Johannesburg I had to pay the full amount for the car and because the R3000 did not reflect yet the consultant said that they will refund it the next day. </p> <p>When we were handed the vehicle the fuel were very low and the vehicle did not reach the nearest garage, the vehicle went to a stand still on a very busy highway at 18:00 and our lives were in danger.</p> <p>I immediately phoned the consultant who said that he will phone me back. Needless to say he never phoned back and we were 180km from home struggling to get fuel. Because of the fuel problem there came air in the pipes and we struggled to get the vehicle in Klerksdorp. </p> <p>Till date my money for the deposit were not refunded. I phoned the consultant everyday and he just give another excuse everyday.</p> <p>I will not suggest anyone to make use of this bank. They are not trustworthy and there is no after service or assistance.</p>
