Lisa Bank Bad Service

I purchased a car last November. And a year later, it stopped on the road. It was towed to burchmores . They have since said that the engine is bust and needs R30 000. Warranty Solutions, which is the warranty that lisa bank uses, refused to pay for the damages. I would have done my research first, because since I have had this problems, I have seen 100's of people with the same complain for both Lisa Bank and Warranty Solution, both on hello peter and facebook. Everyone says if you can help it dont take their cars. Over and above that when I told them that they are running a ****, their Manager Andre Burger wrote the below to me

"As a company we do not take kindly to the statements being made by you Miss. Mashilo. A vehicle braking down after almost a year is not our fault. Should you not retract and apologize for your comments below I will instruct Cheryl to not assist you at all. It is not our responsibility to maintain vehicles after selling it. And should the vehicle break and you require assistance this is definitely not the way to go about it Miss"

I have taken this to the ombudman, and I have written and email to the bank, because they are financing vehicles from a company that is proven by all the mails, to be de*****ing people. I will have this story on Twitter and all newslets I can get it to .
