i bought a car cash at lisabank in fourways, corner of cedar avenue and frederich street, the sales lady precious was very helpful before the deal took place. i tested the car and it drove fine, i was awear of cosmetic interior damage and take full responsibility for that. Lawrence the manager told me i have to buy their mechanical warranty which is R10000 that i didnt have, i take full responsibility for the vehicle. The dealership didnt supply me with a roadworthy test. so the next day i take the ford mondeo i bought to Ford for diagnostics so i can take their mechanical warranty by them which was much much cheaper. The ford technitions showed me that the car is mixing water with oil which means the cylinder head of the engine is blown. so having only bought the car 5pm monday i called them 11am the next day stipulating the nca law that i need to get a refund for not being told the cars engine is completely broken and would cost the same ammount i bought the car for to fix. Lawrence told me i have nothing on them and the directors of lisa bank only get back in 7 days time which is by law my cooling of period for a refund. i am so disgusted at his disregard for the law.
