Horrible, horrible service. Stranded at 1:00 am due to recurring and new car issues
It's 01:17 am. I just arrived home about 20 minutes ago from being stranded and having to call my insurance to come assist in towing me home. By the way, LisaCars sells you a warranty plan that, it turns out, seems to not have a 24hr assist.
This break down comes after a two-months long back and forth with them, and new issues with the car keep popping up. Promises upon promised, I have had it and am fed up with these people.
I traded in my Polo for an Audi A4, biggest mistake of my life.
1. My front brakes kept making noise, I notified them about two days after buying the car. It's much worse off. 2. The accelerator takes some time to engage/kick in from a stationary position. It almost needs one to apply too much pressure for the car to move, and this brings a risk of skidding. I was not given an explanation, only that Audi's tend to do that. Another "reason" was that this car is much more powerful than my Polo so "I probably can't drive it well". Hai!!! 3. The car vibrates when you drive it. They later said that it was because the rims were buckled, by the way, it had gone a road worthy test. Makes me wonder who does their tests and what criteria they use to pass them. 4 It switched off three times while I was stationary. Still no explanation. I had to remove the key and restart the car and I don't think this is a good sign. (So all the above issues were communicated with them and they took my car to the workshop, had it for three days, even drove it home. It came back with no improvement, except a changed rear tire and water bottle. My right indicator mirror was also replaced, but they did a terrible job. The indicator works, but now the mirror is faulty). 5. The cherry on top was today, well, last night having a breakdown at night and being stranded. Turns out the car was overheating cos the fan isn't working. My insurance assisted me and I made it home only this morning.
Good luck getting any effective communication from them or their workshop.
I have resolved to return their car back. I do not want it anymore, or to ever deal with them. It is not safe for me as a woman, or even anyone for that matter, to be driving around in such a ticking bomb.
I want my money back, pity my Polo was probably sold.
