Do not buy a used vehicle at this dealership!

<p>My daughter and partner were trying to purchase a car from Lisabank in their branch on Pretoria Main road and visited the dealership yesterday afternoon. They were advised to pay a deposit of R2000 yesterday to show their intent to purchase the car. They did this and returned this morning 10th November to take the care for a roadworthy test before purchasing and paying the money to the dealership. This was done this morning and the vehicle failed the test and they were advised not to purchase the vehicle. They returned to dealership with report and asked for their deposit back. The dealership is now refusing to return their money and also refuses to give them the name and contact number of the owner. This is totally ********* and against the Consumer Protection Bill. We demand that the money be returned to them immediately. </p>
