Disgusting and *********!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We bought a car from Lisa Banks in Kempton. We needed this car desperately as our livelihood depended on it! May and Shaun, the two snakes, conned us into taking a piece of **** BMW. Less than an hour after we drove the car out of the yard, the car stopped on the highway and wouldn't start. We were left on the highway for over 4 hours, twice on the same day! And this on our daughters birthday, with her sitting in the boiling hot sun in the car?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now they absolutely refuse to give us our money back, refuse to even assist in getting the car running and still haven't given us the spare key or the papers for the car!!!! You people should be ashamed of yourselves!
