Car dealership

Hello Peter, last month 23rd we bought a vehicle at this so called lisabank car dealership and we were assisted by the gentleman called Otsile whose gave us thee utmost . So after our aproval we were told to pay refundable R2000 to book vehicle which we were supposed to get it as soon as we get the car ...but until today since we fetched the vehicle last month the 29th of September 2017 this lisabank hasn't refunded us and when we call them they send us from pillar to post . We bought car at one of their branch at Wynberg (Alex) . But when we request our refund they tell us to go get it from Kempston Park by the guy called shaun who's quite a lair and rude branch manager. ..this saun guy he's very very rude and lying. For the whole week keep on telling us in 42hr we will get back our refund and the next thing is 72 hours after all he's no longer picking up our calls ...now Peter the last person who's currently claiming the sale right there in Kempston Park it's another girl called thabitha , she's as rude as shaun who calls himself a branch manager and both hanged up phone on us ...please Hello Peter help us ...we certain this company from management to stuff they very rude, we bought Land Rover Discovery 3 which they swap the spare wheel and I was stopped twice by the traffic officers buto the lady called May (general manager )said the car and everything else passed roadworthy and she's been in business more than 25years ... please Peter help us we really feel ****** by this company called lisabank
