Car damaged and my vehicle tyres changed

I went to trade my vehicle in and when I received the vehicle it was discovered that the car was in an accident as the back panel was damaged which they did not advise. I then cancelled the deal that day yet they still put the deal through with my explicit instructies not too. After threatening with a laywer they then gave my vehicle back yet claimed I owed a R5000.00 cancellation fee, which is not stated in the contract. After finally recieving my vehicle back and got my car home I noticed that my tyres which were 6 months old, had been taken off my car and 4 different,old tyres had been replaced. I informed that day that my tyres had been taken and I provided them with my receipts. After a month of false promises they then declined to help with pay for new tyres which cost R6000 claiming they didnt make me pay the cancellation fee, which is redundant as they could not tell me how they work this amount out. Needless to say i have to now lay a claim in the small claims court.<br> Be very careful with this Company and investigate everything about the car and check your tyres if you want to cancel the deal.
