Can not cancel purchase as per CPA act

The before sale service is great (just to get you to buy from them) but the after service is the worst. Lisabank wont take the vehicle back. The vehicle I bought was sold to me under false pretences and also the advert was misleading. It was said the vehicle is in a very good condition, all the Lisabank vehicles are well maintained and double checked for issues..... guess what, the vehicle was in a major accident so I was told by the manufacturer self and also by a second opinion. Apparently a major accident because the vehicle didnt even have any airbags, insurers write a vehicle off once a vehicle cost 1/3 of its price to repair or even if the airbags needs to be replaced. The diagnostic machine at the manufacturer printed so many errors that they themselves doesn't even want to fix the vehicle
