Breach of Contract and Lack of customer service
I would like to warn Customers thinking of purchasing a car at Lisabank Repossession Warehouse, Wynberg, Johannesburg.
We had a mutual arrangement for a Trade in Car. I traded in my Car and paid cash the outstanding amount for the second had car I was trading in for.
One of the requirements I had in choosing a car was that it comes with a set of spare keys. Throughout the process the spare keys where promised to me. As far as the sales assitant had assured me that I should not sign the section on the contract where it stated: 'Spare keys received' . I did not sign that section as consulted, because they promised me to deliver the spare keys the following week.
The Trade in was made and papers where signed on the 3rd of June 2017. I have called several times, even spoke to management. for them to tell me two moths later they don't have the spare keys.
I mentioned the fact that I did not sing the section on the contract regarding the spare keys and that it is my right to be reimbursed for them if there are no keys.
They refused to reimburse me for the keys that where promised and the only solution they provided me was to send an email addressed to complaints.
Buying a car or trading in a car isn't easy business, this company has made this experience extremely frustrating. I had to chase them for over two months and no solution was provided.
They have terrible customer service and have completely misused my trust, with empty promises.
Being such a large company it is disappointing to see how they take advantage of people and have no shame in the way they conduct their business.
