Breach of Contract

I logged a compliant sometime last week and still didn't get feedback from Lisa Bank Fourways, I had to phone the Branch Sales Manager Shaun who promised to come back to me but never did seeing that no called me or even acknowledged my complaint. I have to use public transport and still don't know if they will ever come back to me to get my vehicle fixed. NB!! Don't ever buy a vehicle at Lisa Bank Fourways.
