Breach of Contract

I bought a vehicle at Lisa Bank Fourways and have endless problems with the vehicle since collection date. I kept been given the run around in terms of the vehicle service history as well as the spare key, when i purchased the vehicle i was assured that the vehicle does have a service history. The vehicle was booked in at the workshop in Wynburg due to it not starting and loosing power. The problem is still persisting and no one cares no that the deal is signed off, Both Chisa and Angelique cannot provide me with the service book. NB: Do not buy any vehicles from Lisa Bank as you will be sitting with problems from day one and no one will worry or assist on getting the issues resolved. I am tired and left with no choice but to involve my attorneys to drive the issue going forward.
