Bad Service

<p>I left an enquiry on a vehicle on auto trader and the next day I got a call from Barry in Lisabank, he chated to me about the vehicle and forward me the application to fill in for finance, and promise if I send in the documents in as soon as possible, they will have an answer for me in the next 2 hrs. I got all the document ready and sent them in with the appliacation, I waited till the end of the day just before I left work and I never got any feedback from him. I decided to call him, and he said he will call me the next day, the next day he never call or email or anything, I called him this morning and all he can say is that he will pass me over Lisa to explain to me why the deal was declined. I got irritated, because its going to 72hrs and he never had the moral capacity to return my call or at least email me, I was starting to think maybe this guy is a ******* and just wanted my documents. Thats why I call their land line just to make sure, so irritating that I don't want to listen to their patetic reason to "declining the deal" as Barry said. I got to these guys through Auto Trader and they sure have ****y service or stereotypical in my experience with them.</p>
