Bad customer service

Car bought at Fourways branch. Papers prepared with no consultation with client. We shod have studied papers but any question was brushed aside. Then when tried to rectify the manager got really snotty and said we cannot cancel a warranty. Unbelievable. Pity we didn't see all the complaints made on their facebook page until now
