Amazing service received

I would like thank your company personnel for their excellent service. I contacted your offices on a Sunday, two weeks ago and Barry answered the phone. His ability to provide resolutions quickly exceeded my expectations. I really commend the prompt service he provided. He confirmed that they were opened and we could come through to view the car. We completed the form the same and he confirmed that he will arrange for someone in their Finance Department to call us with feedback the next day (Monday). To be honest I thought back to the experience we had when we bought a car through your company in 2013 - the experience was not so great. Monday we received the call as promised by Barry from Samson. Wednesday we collected car. The service we experienced was seamless from the two guys. They really kept to their promises!
