Toyota Etios red

I bought a car from them in November, from their branch in Fourways. After a week the carpet was loose, back seat broken. I reported it, the sales lady who helped me, said their workshop was closed. I January I had to contact them once again. They glued the seat, the was not fixed, their workshop said it should be replaced, now they are refusing to replace it. I am so disappointed with the way they do business. They're just preparing their cars for previews. When you buy their cars, in few weeks they brake.
