Disappointed

The house reeked of dog/dog urine when we arrived. The carpets were filthy. There was no hot water. The DSTV wasn't connected. At R3000 per night this was a lot for what we got. Then my 2 year old got sick and we had to take a 3 hour drive to get her to casualty in Cape Town, after which they refused to refund us for the night we didn't get to spend at the house. Definitely won't recommend or support them again.
