Refusal of refund payment

On the 14th of March 2020 I booked and paid for a photoshoot with Lisa Pixel Photography. The Photoshoot was due to take place on 21st March 2020 but due the lockdown implemented by the Government this did not take place. Lisa did not contact me since then to even re-schedule a date. When I queried with her to follow up on the shoot she advised me that she relocated to Johannesburg and her company had closed down. Her Facebook page still says she is in operation but only relocated to Johannesburg. I asked for a refund to which she refused to do so telling me her company closed and she cannot give me my refund, yet she still has her Facebook page active saying she is operating in Johannesburg.
