LISA FORCE, TAKING CUSTOMERS FOR A LUCK

Bought a (supposed new) battery for my house alarm on 25/05/2019. Thinking it needs charging to operate. Until 28/05/2019, my security company, Mzansi, each day informed me low battery. Took battery back to Lisa Force only to check charge at 7.6 and not 12+. Don't know who else they selling dud batteries too.
