The public must be very careful and be warned about dealing with the owners and employees at Lisacars, Valentina, Samuel, Natalie and Ronald. I have just demanded my money back from Lisacars through my Lawyers since the vehicle I have fully paid for and collected on 26 October 2022 is still at the mechanic since it started to mulfunction as early as 27 October 2022. They sold me a vehicle without disclosing any defect whatsoever. The mechanic that Lisacars referred me to started working on the vehicle as early as November 2022 and was also paid until the car broke down again on 2 December 2022 and has been stuck there ever since. The same mechanic confirmed recently on 2 February 2023 that getting the parts is a problem on the Mercedes Benz Viano engen and that I may come fetch it. I have made it clear through a letter which was sent today by my Lawyers that we will be continuing with Legal Action should Lisacars refuse to refund our money as the Consumer Protection Act is very clear and nobody is above the law. Therefore, should any public member and/or consumer also affected by Lisacars be interested and willing to join hands with with us in public awareness and our legal action against Lisacars, please contact +***. It is time we deal with this ********* practices for the benefit of other consumers.
