Taking holding deposit but dont pay it back as promised,

I have never had such bad service with a car dealer, not going in to detail but i PAID R 2 000 HOLDING DEPOSIT for then to view a vechile from another branch and was promised the R 2 000 will be paid back to me if i am not happy with the vehicle, today is a week later and i am still waiting for my deposit, i would tell people to not deal with them at all, never have i had such bad service, to be honest, i am surprised they are still in business,
