Shocked, dis-satisfied and dissapointed

I am so disappointed at Lisa Cars Bedfordview . In July I bought a car and I was assisted by Samson (apparently he is not working for Lisa anymore). He has been dishonest and sold me a faulty car.

Firstly : I had to fix tyres, Secondly: I had to put new brake pads and radiator cap

Two weeks back I took the car for service at Bosch in Germiston. The guy who was servicing my car send us a list of things that is needed to be fixed. I took the car to Route 24 Service Centre to check the wheel barring and water bottle, guess what the water bottle was a disaster, and it was leaking as well.

I spoke to Maurice (Mananger at Lisa cars Bedforview) and I showed him how the water bottle is looking, the only thing he asked me was I must show him how the water bottle was looking when I bought the car.

Seriously, I was so shocked, he said they won't be able to help in this regard.

I had to pay Route 24 Service Centre to put a new one.

I am so frustrated and disappointed at Lisa Cars Bedfordview.

I am taking the matter further.
