LisaCars - FOURWAYS

Hi Guys

Giving LisaCars (Fourways) 4 stars and it's all because of Khumo.

My fiancé and I were looking for a new car, and we had very specific requirements. As such we have gone to view and interacted with a number of car dealers/sales consultants etc..

After tirelessly browsing the internet we came across a few, and one of these cars were at LisaCars (Edenvale). Problem was I was unable to find a contact number. Hence, I again, made my way to the web and dialed the first number for LisaCars I could find.

Que, Khumo (I'm still not sure what her position is), she answered the phone and shortly after, had me on whatsapp. She advised me that she is from the Fourways Branch, and the car that I am looking for is listed in the Edenvale Branch.

There was an issue though, Edenvale Branch was undergoing renovations and the car was at a different LisaCars branch. Without hesitation, Khumo quickly put me into contact with the right people, organised for our current car to be evaluated...and all this effort and I wasn't even looking to buy a car at her branch.

To cut a really long story short, we didn't like the car that much, and subsequently found another vehicle. However, I would really like to commend Khumo for her outstanding service, because even after we couldn't find a car she gave us some more options and was very attentive and not so much that it was annoying. But just enough to make me really feel like a valued customer.

The branch manager from the Fourways branch also contacted me to ask if i was happy with the service, and I basically told her the same.

Overall the LisaCars experience left much to be desired, because we basically went 2 different branches (JHB Central, Kempton Park, and mind you, we did not set a foot in the Fourways branch (a fact that I do regret now) and here a lady from a completely different branch is going out of her way to pull strings.

Thank you Khumo, we will definitely be visiting your LisaCars branch in Fourway in future. You really made LisaCars Fourways stand out, not only above your sister branhces, but also in the industry (no other car dealer had a Khumo).

It would've been 5 stars if we would've found a car :)
