Lisa Cars - Good and bad client service

I have received very good client service from Jody and he went out of his way to assist me, thank you Jody, you are a star. However, when I responded to the add that was placed for the vehicle, the price suddenly increased by R15 000 on the vehicle even when I showed the their add. When I bought the vehicle, I was pulled over the following day in a roadblock as the license in the vehicle expired. I bought it under the attention of LisaCars and the owner refused to give me a temporary permit in order for me to drive the vehicle legally on the road. She just said that I have 21 days, that is not the case according to the Road Traffic Act. Very bad customer service from her.
