Ice cold hearts at LisaCars...

I bought a car towards the end of last year from Lisa Cars from Desmond who helped me, i noticed something strange with the car but because it was an automatic i thought that it was normal until i took it for a service and found out that the subframe that was hold the wheel to the car was broken, the mechanic called me back saying that i was lucky to be alive because the wheel was being held on by a single bolt. So many times my 4 kids, wife and myself was in the car when it was actually a death trap. When i reached out to Valentina the dealer principle she was cold and offered absolutely no assist or any kind of anything going so far as to ignore my plea for help, they are so quick to take you money and once that is done, don't expect anything else from them. Customer pleasing they very good at, pleasing you while they don't have your money, but as for customer service, be prepared to be met with by an ice cold heart.
