"Holding Fee"

When an application for a car is put in they ask for a R1000/R2000 "holding fee" to keep the car for you. It was told the Holding Fee is refundable.

I have waited over a month for the fee to be refunded into my account.

When I email and call there is no answer. This is a very bad service. Please don't fall into the money scheming trap.
