EXPIRED ROAD WORTHY CERTIFICATE

I am so disappointed as such a terrible level of unprofessionalism. I recently just bought a car at this dealership and was told to bring my car in for a road worthy certificate. Till today I have not received received my certificate and this was done in June. I am driving around with an expired license disk. When I call Lisa Cars Edenvale I'm being put from pillar to post. I am being told the guy who was assisting me by the name of Sibusiso has resigned and he has blocked my contact. What is happening??????
