Breach of sales agreement

I purchased a Kia Rio from Lisa Cars Edenvale with the agreement that the minor dents would be sorted out upon taking possession of the car. It has been over three months and the sales person Charles keeps delaying the process due to "being to busy" to assist at this time. I must have had that excuse about 5 times thus far. I really would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from them as they are not honest nor do they keep to the agreed sales agreement.
